The matter was referred to the Town Superintendent for consideration. Mr. and Mrs. John Sullivan, Mrs. Joyce Weeks,, Mrs. Owen Kane and grace D. Hammond were present and discussed with the board the. c:ompensation of the inspectors of election. County, Ne:v York, which has been prepared by the Water Department of the City in conjunction with the. Hoard of Assessors and -Supervisor of the Town is an acceptable statement of the_ full. value of_City properties and improTements in so far as they apply to watershed properties, and is a satisfactory schedule of assessed valuation in so far as both the Assessors of the Town of Queensbury are concerned and the Water Board and the C=oon Cecil of the City of glens Falls are concerned. The aforementioned schedule together with a letter of transmit- tal from Mr. Tripp: under date of August 1, 1957, are: to be made a part of the record of these proceedings, It has been agreed upon between the Board and the property ownerr that the schedule of fall values of property is based at rea- sonable market valuer of the real estate and replacement cast of the improvements without depreciation factor included, and that no de crease in assessed valuations in the future will be expected because of depreciation and no increase in assessed valuation: will be expected because of replacement and repair and maintenance of the presently mxJzt1= 325 existing system,, and that the value of the improvements will not be increased unless additional improvements are made to the existing system. It is understood that the schedule of 1957 assessed valuation of property is based on forty percent of the fall values and that the statements obtained in the record apply only in the event that the general portion of the true value. of the whole Town is set by the As- sessors on the forty percent figure: of full value. BE IT RESOLVED this 28th day of September, 1957, by the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury, Warren*County, New York, as follows : Section 1. That pursuant to the Local Finance Law of the State of New..York, the Town of Queensloury, Warren County, New York, for the Purpose: of providing funds for the Queensbury Drainage District, for which an insufficient appropriation was made in the annual 'budget, shall issue and sell a budget note in the amount of $700.40, to ma- ture' on the lst'day of March, 1958, Section 2. That, excerpt as herein specifically prescribed, said note shall be of the date, terms , form, contents and place of payment and at a rate of interest not exceeding five per centum per annum as may be determined by the Supervisor, consistent, however, with'the provisions of the Local Finance Law of the State of New York, and shall 'be executed in the name .of said-Town by the Supervisor and ; the seal of the Tim shall be attached thereto. Section 3. State of-New York in-the spring of this year. We the undersigned as well as many more of our neighbors request this road be immediately re-surfaced as it is a hazard to the-users of said road, We request that you contact New York State Superintendent of Public Works and convey our request to him.-We feel that, this road should be immediately taken care of.
