RESOLVED that the Town Clerk be and is hereby authorized and di -
rected to cause to be published once in the Glens Falls Times, a news-
paper published in the County of Warren, a copy, of-the: ordinance relat-
ing to operation of junk yards in the Town of Queensbury, Warren County,
New York, adopted December �:1, 1957, and to cause a printed copy of
such ordinance to be posted on the signboard maintained by the Town
Clerk pursuant to subdivision G, of Section 30 of the Town Law.
Duly adopted by the following vote:
Ayes - Mr. Walkup, Mr. Bentley, Mr. Lampson and Mr. Akins
Noes - none

Harold and Charles Lebowitz owners of the West Side Auto Parts were
present and offered- a ten dollar check. No .written application was re-
ceived for the purpose of licensing a junk yard.

We wish to thank the Town of Queensbury for the check for $75.00
for cleaning the Scotch Cemetery on Bay Road.
It would be appreciated if Mountainside Grange would be assigned
the cleaning of the cemetery for next year.

The board convened at 9:00 a.m.
The various Town Officers presented ,their books , dockets , vouchers,
and other records for audit.
The Board proceeded to examine the records submitted to them for ex-
amination and audit. The following resolution was adopted:

WHEREAS the Supervisor, Justices of the Peace , Superintendent
of Highways and Town Clerk have presented to the Town Board dockets,
cancelled checks, books, voucherss, minute book and other records for
examination and audit by the Board.,; and,
.WHEREAS the Collectors of the Water Districts have submitted
records pertaining to water district areas,,
RESOLVED that after such examination of such dockets, books ,
checks , minute books, so presented, this Board finds that such books
and records have been accurately kept and. that all moneys coming into
the hands of the d for and
