That, pursuant to the Local Finance Law of the State of Now York, the Town. of Quesbury, Warren-County, New York, for the purpose or-:providing funds for the Cemetery Commission of the said Town of. Qu®ens- bary,, for which an insufficient appropriation was made in the current budgets shall issue and sell a budget note in the amount of $1,200.00 to on the 1st day of April, 1953, Section 2. That, except as herein specifically prescribed, said note shall be of the date, form,, contents and place of payment and at a rate of interest not exceeding five per centum per annum as nay be de w r termined. by the ervisor consistent, , however, with the provisions of the o+ ' w of the State of New York, and shall be executad in, the name of the Town of Queensbury, by the..
