requirements of the Code of the Town of Queensbury(Zoning);and
Whereas,the Planning Board has considered the environmental factors found in the Code of the Town
of Queensbury(Zoning);and
Whereas,the requirements of the State Environmental Quality Review Act have been considered;and
Therefore,Let It Be Resolved,as follows:
1. The Town Planning Board,after considering the above,hereby moves to approve Preliminary
Stage for Subdivision No. 3-1999.
2. The applicant agrees to the conditions set forth in this resolution.
3. The conditions shall be noted on the map.
4. The issuance of permits is conditioned on compliance and continued compliance with the
Zoning Ordinance and subdivision approval process.
