1. Submit 2015 COMcheck for Mechanical
Response: 2015 COMcheck for Mechanical cannot be completed because the existing roof top
unit (Carrier Model#48TME007-501) does not meet the required minimum of 11.00 EER for the
proposed system.The RTU was installed 8-10 years ago and the product data on the equipment
shows an EER of 10.1.The unit does have a motorized economizer with a minimum adjustable
setpoint to allow for fresh air intake and exhaust.
