In that event it would be necessary for your town board to advertise , for bids on the+purchase of this new proposed truck which would take the required number of days, and then it 'will be up to the town board as to the kind of truck they will purchase, and there would' be no assurance that the town board would purchase the truck which Mr. Carswell now has ready for delivery.
