1. Submit a COMcheck Compliance Report for Mechanicals & Lighting based on the 2015 IECC for
Queensbury, NY Climate Zone 6.
a. Response: Please see updated E0-2 and 8 1/2"x11" sheets with 2015 IECC COMcheck
energy code for lighting. RTU unit is existing to remain from 2014
2. Revise mechanical drawings M4-0 & M4-1 design load calculations for Queensbury NY Climate
Zone 6. The drawings show Albany NY which is in a different climate zone.

The following comments are based on review of the submitted plans:
1) Fire Extinguisher locations per plan to be verified, signage will be
required.
2) Locks / latches shall comply with the 2015 International Fire Code.
3) Carbon monoxide detection will be required Per NYS part 1228-
4) Exit/Emergency lights appear adequate; all breakers shall be properly
labeled noting emergency light circuits. A function test will be required
prior to CO.
5) Provide NFPA 13 letter from sprinkler contractor.
6) Provide Fire Alarm plans/specs from Fire Alarm contractor, same
contractor to provide NFPA 72 Inspection & Completion report. A
function test will be required prior to CO.
7) Provide a new key for the Plaza Knox Box.
