,'The board proceeded to examine and audite the records , books ,
dockets , vouchers , checks of the several officers and recessed
at - 12 noon to 1 :30 P.M. and continued such examination and audit
in the after noo session. After completion of such examination and
audit the following resolution was ado*.ed:
Resolution No 69 Introduced by Justice Sleight, Seconded By

Whereas the supervisor, Justices of the Peace, superintendent
of highways and Town Clerk have presented to the Town board
dockets , bboks , vouchers, checks, mUuet`1bvok_1and-1otffier records
examination and and audit by this board.
Resolved that after such examination of such books, vouchers ,
dockets ,, checks , and minute book so presented, this board
finds that such books and vouchers have been acurately kept
and that all moneys coming into the hans of the several officers
of the town have been accounted for and paid out according to
law. {

Whereas Arthur Patrick Cronin hawi by a petition dated
November 25919469 requested th&: Town Board of the Town
of Queensbury for consent pursuant to sections - 66 & 67 of the
Transpprtation law to operate by him over certain highways
in the Town of Queensbury as follows : To wit:
Leaving the City of Glens Falls at the City line and at the.
end of Warren Street where it intersects with the street
commonly known as the boulevard , thence easterly along the
boulevard to the intersection known as " Monty's Bridge"
thence due eaterly and over the" Imperial bridge:" and pass
the Imperial - Color Works to the village line of Hudson
Falls , and being a point where River Street commences in Hudeon Falls
New York and returning over the same streets and highways
in the Town of Queensbury, Warren County, New York.

Therefore be it resolved that a public hearing be held updn said
petition on the 11th day of January, 1947, at 7:30 -P.M. at the
Town Clerk's off ice, ., dge Rd, in tie Town of Queensbury; N.Y. ,
and that notice to tit effect be published in the Glens Falls
Times pursuant to Law.

beginning December 28thth, 1946 and ending on December 27th, 1950
It is further resolved that the salary, of such health officer be and I
ie:hereby, fixeci OOr. perannum :payable monthly and such salary
is full and complete alary for the performance of his duties.
