At the above referenced project location our office has made periodic site observations during the
course of construction. The new laboratory space and reconfigured warehouse space is nearly
complete and BARD is looking for an occupancy by the end of the year. I believe that the new
canopy at the exterior is meant to be installed this week and that exterior work is still weather
permitting and may be pushed off until the spring. It is our belief that all other items have been
completed and are acceptable to this office. If there are any questions please contact this office to
discuss.
