Therefore be it resolved that Henry E Clarke be and is hereby appointed

beginning December 28thth, 1946 and ending on December 27th, 1950
It is further resolved that the salary, of such health officer be and E

It was resolved that town officers and employeesin operating their
automobiles: owned by 'such officers or employees on official business
in connection with their employment or office shall be allowed six
cents per mile for each mile actually and necessarily traveled in the
performance of said officers or employees duties unless said mileage
is otherwise fixed by law.

It was resolved that the following hourly rates of pay be and are
hereby fixed for highway employees notwithstanding any previous
resolutions adopted by this board and such rates shall remain in force

until chap ed by this board. Operators-.89 cents per hour,
mechanis-11.00 per hour, laborers 75 cents per hour.

line over certain highways in the Town of Queensbury,
Whereas such notice was not` given by such petitioner and no
appearances were made
therefore be it resolved that said resolution No 70 be and is
hereby rec&nded.
be it further resolved that a public hearing be called upon
said application of Arthur Patrick Sronin for such consent
to be held on the 25th day of January,1947 at 7:30 P.M. at
the Clerk's Office Ridge Road in the Town of Queensbury and
that public notice be given by such petitioner of such public
hearing according to law.
