Resolution No 17 introduced by Justice Sleight, Seconded by

It is resolved that the following amounts be expended upon the
highways of the Town of tiueensbury for primary work and general
repairs ; for 119 milesof highways the sum of x¢14637* Special fmpx
improvement $8,000. and that the sum of $7638 be placed in the
reserve fund and that the board sign an agreement to that effect
with the Town Superintendent of Highways.
Duly adopted by thefoling vote
Ayes: Mr Walkup, Mr Bentley, r Lampson, Mr Sleight and Mr Harris.
Noes: None. -
The Board signed the agreement with the Town superintendent of
highways releasing item 1 highways funds.

Ernest Lackey, Town Superintendent of Highways also present.
Minutes of meeting of March 22nd ,1947 read and approved.
R6bert Stott and Bert Ransom called on the board and generally discussed
the proposed extension of the North Glens Falls Water District,

It is hereby resolved that the Town Board of the Town of queensbury
hereby requests the sheriff of Warren County to investigate

on Caroline -treet Known as Aovee��_gifiatri Town Of Queensbury
to ascertain whether or not a dump is being maintained on such
property in violation of any ordinance, rule orUiregulation of the
Warren County Board of Supervisors or any statute of the State of
New York.

Times a notice in substantially the following form.

of Queensbury for the sale of the• following equipment by the
Town of �ueensbury; I
One- 1936-stewart- 3 to 4 ton truck with 3 yd dump body-
hydraulic hoist- 10:00 x 20 tires.
One 1937- c60 International 3 to 4 ton truck with 4 yd
dump body- hydraulic hoist- 10:00 x 20 tires.
The above equipment may be Ansp6cted at the Town of Queensbury
store house- Aviation field road- Town of ':�ueensbury. Separate Bids
are to be submitted for each truck.

Ten per cent of the amount bid is to be enclosed with each
Bid.
Bids will be xeceived to 7:30 P.S. E.D.T. on the 10th day
of May, 1947 at the Town Clerk's Office, Ridge Road, in such Town.
Town Board reserves the right to reject anS part of or all
