U.S. Catheter and Instrument, Co., by the Contractor. log Field operations were started last Monday and despite the unfavor - able weather conditions and the encountering of underground struct- ures, the exact location of which were not known, it would seem to me that the contractor had made favorable progress he having exca - vated and layed the main as far northerly as Garrison Road including the installation of the by-pass piping.
