Dear Mr. Daley:
I am writing you in response to my review of t e sign proposal and plans that your sign
contractor submitted to this office relative to thelabove-referenced property.

I have reviewed the plans and find that the proposed will require a Sign Variance from
our Zoning Board of Appeals and Site P1 n Review from our Planning Board.
Specifically, a Sign Variance is required as your proposal calls for installation of a sign
that would not meet the minimum property line setback per the Town Sign Ordinance.
Site Plan Review is required for all individual signs within the Main Street zoning
district.
Please note our pre-submission meeting require lf rents,and established submittal deadlines
when preparing your submittal. Should you h ve any questions or comments regarding
