4.02 Forming Water Board

Water Superintendent, Mr. Ralph VanDusen recommended some type of a formal mechanism, something
two or three times a year, which would provide the municipality an opportunity to voice their opinions and
so forth, feels it would promote smoother relationships.... no decision made at this time, agreed to wait for
the outcome of Wednesday's meeting scheduled with Town of Moreau.
4.03 North Queensbury Sewer - scoping document
Mr. Bill Lamey reviewed scoping document for the North Queensbury Sewer project, the process involved
and noted the following schedule: Once the town is satisfied with the outline of this document, it's taken
back to the county sewer committee and goes before the full county board, they adopt a resolution, at that
time we authorize O'Brien and Gere to proceed with the final scoping document to develop the EIS which
is a couple of months process at which time it comes back in front of the Town Board.
4.04 Introducing Wolves to Adirondacks
Town Board held discussion regarding the proposal before the county, which the county opposes, to study
