The attached inspection slip shows what items must be addressed prior to use of the pool for the 2011 season. If you fail to contact us before opening the pool and to bring your pool into compliance, you will be subject to a court summons for using your pool without a Certificate of Compliance and meeting all the requirements outlined in Appendix G of the Residential Building Code. Failure to contact this office will result in a Court Summons being issued. I would ask for your cooperation in obtaining a Certificate of Compliance for your pool to avoid any further legal action including a court summons for non-compliance.
