resolution:
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING DISPLAY OF BANNERS
RESOLUTION NO. 304, 92, Introduced by Mr. Michel Brandt who moved for it's adoption, seconded by
Mr. Pliney Tucker.
In the past it is my understanding that the Town has allowed banners to be put up during the week
of the Americade, the week prior and the week of Americade, and they are asking for our blessings to do
that again, I have no problem with that, I believe it also comes up Balloon Festival week and I would just as
well handle them both at one time and authorize that to continue as a policy. Both of these are events that
are known allover the Eastern part of the Country and some of them Nation wide, Americade is in the
National Wide Motorcycle Magazines, it is a tour type of thing a lot offamilies look forward to, people feel
more welcome when the community does have this type of reception and so it is good PR and good
community identification and it shows we really want you here and appreciate you being here.
Duly adopted this 28th day of May, 1992, by the following vote:
AYES: Mrs. Goetz, Mrs. Monahan, Mr. Tucker, Mr. Brandt
NOES: None
ABSENT: Mr. Caimano
DISCUSSION WITH QEDC REGARDING INFRASTRUCTURE

RESPECTFULLY SUBMITTED,
