Dear Matt:
Upon review of the plans submitted for the Hayes & Hayes Subdivision and Site Plan
the following items need to be addressed:
Subdivision Mylar:
• The Planning Bd. Chairman's signature block should be moved to Sheet S-2;
• The FEMA panel for flood zone information should be included on Sheet S-2
• Please add a note to the plan that references the 75 foot travel corridor
overlay zone.
Site Plan Final Plans:
• Please add a note to the plan that each duplex unit can accommodate a
minimum of two vehicles per condition of the approval;
• The FEMA panel for the flood zone information should be added to the final
plans;
• Please add elevation drawings noting the duplexes may be two story;
• Please add a note to the plan referencing landscaping., "duplex units will
contain typical residential landscaping", according "fo Planning Board
minutes of July 24, 2001.
The mylar's and final site plans are available for pick-up and revision.
