WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 434.95, the Queensbury Town Board adopted a list of names
for private driveways and roads in the Town in connection with the 911 addressing system, and
WHEREAS, the Town Board wishes to add “Otter Track” and “Wood Duck Flyway,” private
roadways/driveways located off of Big Boom Road, to the Town’s list of private driveways and road
names,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby adds “Otter Track” and “Wood Duck
Flyway,” to the Town of Queensbury’s list of private driveways and roads, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Board further authorizes and directs the Town Clerk, Town
Highway Department and Director of Building and Codes Enforcement to take any actions necessary
to effectuate the terms of this Resolution.

Good morning Dave Hatin ,
This is DAVID LIPINSKI the owner of Clearbrook LLC which is the owner of the Big Boom Road property that was recently
subdivided into 12 building lots.
I'd like to request that the prvate..dtive..senvigg lots three and four be name Otter Track and the private drive serving
lots nine and 10 be named Wood Duck Flyway
Please let me know what else is needed from me . my understanding from George Story is that you will present this to
the town board and then they will vote on it?thank you for your assistance.
