RE: Non-Structural Internal Remodeling and Exterior Painting of Bridgestone Firestone store
Located at Store 657 Upper Glen Street, Glens Falls, NY 12801 PN 109967.
Dear Landlord:
We are in the process of a national remodeling program for our retail stores. This program will take
place over the next several years at an average cost of over $170,000 per store. In preparation for this
program, we are conducting an architectural survey of the store we lease from you.
We believe that our remodeling program which consists of interior painting, new counters, customer
lounge, new merchandise display fixtures, flooring, exterior painting and updated signage will attract
new customers to our store and the surrounding businesses.
I have enclosed a picture of an actual store that has been painted on the exterior, to give you an
indication of the finished appearance. If your building has a brick exterior, there is no intention on
painting the brick. We also do not anticipate doing any work of a structural nature to your building.
We plan to start this work as soon as possible. All stores in this phase will be completed in 2008
weather permitting. This is a major undertaking and we would appreciate your assistance and
cooperation.
We are not requesting any contribution for the work we will be performing, but do request your
acknowledgement of receipt of this notice and consent of this work. If you have any questions, please
