The geverai officers presented their books and dockets and other_ papers for examination and audit. The board proceeded to examine and audit the books and records of the Supervisor, dockets of the Justices of the Peace and the records of the Superintendent of Highways and Town Clerk; and after such .ezimination and audit, the following resolution was adopted: RP,jnlutinn Nn_ 76_ introduced by Councilman Lampson, seconded by Justice Bentley: WHEREAS, the Supervisor, Justices of the Peace, $up,erintendent of Highways aM Town Clerk have presented to the Town Board dockets, cancelled checks, books, vouchers, minute books and other records for examination and audit by the hoard, Resolved that after such examination of such dockets, books vouch; ers, checks, minute books so presented, the board finds that such books gnd records have. been accurately kept and that all moneys coming into toe hands of several officers of the Town have been properly accounted for and paid out according to law. .
