Clarke, Health Officer, has passed the retire- ment age and, Whereas there are no physicians available and qualified to ,agt as Health Officer in the Town of Queensbury, Resolved that the County Attorney make necessary application for a waiver of retirement age of such Health Officer for a period of one year.
