October, 1950 at 7:30 P.M. to consider such purchase and to -hear all

j In _reference to the public hearing ul6on the proposed purchase
of a truck pursuant to section 142 of the Highway law, no
one appeared opposin g or in favor of such purchase.
Mr Brown of the A. L Parson &Co was present and advised
the board that the truck which his company bad to which
the specifications applied and price had been disposed of.

Thereupon the board took no further action in the matter.
Mimutes were read from A pril 22, 1950 to October 10th,
were read and approved.

Minutes of meetings held October 20 and 23 were read and approved.
Dr. Henry,.Clarke, Health Officer, discussed with the board health
matters.
Leslie Coulter and Karl Kreiser were present in connection with
the proposed drainage district in the Broadacres section. The
matter was generally discussed.
Sidney Van Dusen, Cemetery Commissioner, also present who dis -
cussed cemetery matters with the board.
