Based upon our observation of the exposed bearing grades, it is our opinion the soils are adequate for the design soil bearing pressure of 2,000PSF. The undersigned also observed seismic anchors at shear walls. Fiber glass insulation had been installed on the north wall, north half of east wall and south half of west wall. Seismic anchors that were visible at all other wall sections appeared to be installed at locations shown on drawing A-4B dated 7/9/19.
