OBSERVATIONS
The undersigned representative of QCQA Labs was on site at the above project as requested for bearing grade
evaluation for the building perimeter footings. We understand the footings have been designed using an allowable
soil bearing pressure of 2,000PSF.The exposed bearing soils appeared to consist of native sand with some intermixed
gravel. Based upon our observation of the exposed bearing grades, it is our opinion the soils are adequate for the
design soil bearing pressure of 2,000PSF.

OBSERVATIONS
The undersigned representative of QCQA Labs was on site at the above project as requested for inspection of
permanent bracing of wood roof trusses and to verify installation of seismic anchor brackets at shear walls.Wood
roof truss bracing requirements were depicted on the trenco truss drawings dated August 6, 2019.The undersigned
identified a few locations where permanent braces had not been installed. This was discussed with the contractor
and all bracing was installed while the undersigned was onsite.
The undersigned also observed seismic anchors at shear walls. Fiber glass insulation had been installed on the north
wall, north half of east wall and south half of west wall. Seismic anchors that were visible at all other wall sections
appeared to be installed at locations shown on drawing A-4B dated 7/9/19.
