Mr. Varney, speaking for the assessors, requested the Board to purchase

RESOLVED that Ernest Hillis be and is hereby authorised and directed
to order for use of assessors 109000 index information cards and three
card filing cabinets and one letter filing cabinet. (Single drawer)

all the land described for that .purpose in the following deed: By a deed
dated May 24th, 1951 from H. Louise Miller to the Town of Queensbury;
By a deed dated May 24th, 1951 from Varnum W. Wicks and Edith E, wicks,
his wife,. to the Town of Queensbury, and by a deed dated May 24th, 1951
from Frank 0. Smith and Mildred T. Smith, his wife, to the Town of Queens-
bury. Subject, however, to the approval of the County Attorney.

Resolution No. 28 introduced by Councilman Lampson, seconded by Justice
Bentley;

It is resolved that the Town hereby accepts as a Town public highway {
the two parcels of lands described in a deed dated June 18, 1951, from
Tom Rogers and Cleo H. Rogers, his wife, to the Town of Queensbury.
It is further resolved that the highway first described therein
shall be known and designated as Greenway North and the second shall be
known and designated as Greenway Circle. This acceptance is subject, how-
ever, to the approval of the County attorney.

In the matter of the appointment of a Cemetery Commissioner,
the following resolution was adopted:
Resolution No. 29 introduced by Councilman Lampson, seconded by Justice

RESOLVED that Cbarles Denny be and hereby is appointed member of
the board of Cemetery Commissioners of the Town of Queensbury for a term
of 3 years Which begins July 1st, 1951 and expires on the 30th day of
June, 1954.
