MirMtps of meeting held January 5th,1946. �— Mr Edgar Grant presented -an unverified petition for ,the extension of tb@ Xmz1x Ridge Road Water District. the Board generally discussed the;. matter and the Chairman refered the matter to Mr Lampson, the cppm ttee on Water Districts, Mr Carl Kreiser, owner of property in the Broad acres section calld on the Board in reference to drainage of sections of Broad acres. It was resolved that the Supervisor, Town Councilman, fJustices of the Peace, To Clerk, Superintendent of Highways and.Assessors b.e and are hereby authorized to attend the meetings of `the Association of Towns of the Sate of New York; to be held in Albany, February , 20th, 21st, and 22nd, 1946. Further resolved that that H. Russell Harris , supervisor be and is hereby designated to cast the vote of the Town of Queensbury pursuant to Section 6 -of Articlell of the Constitution ,arid by laws of said Association and in the event of the absence of the supervisor Raymond Walkup is designated alternate to .east said vote. i Duly adopted by the following vote : i .I Ayes: Mr Walkup, fir. Whereas the Town Superintendent of Highways out down trees along Dixon Road which were in the Highway and Whereas it is the opinion of this Board that it would be more econimical to sell said trees at the prevalent prices that to remove them by pxkltzx Town emploees and equipment, Thereofre b6 it resolved that Thaest Lackey, Town Superintendent of Highways,be and is hereby authorized to sell said trees at the prevalent prices on the premises.
