REGULAR MEETING JUNE 85th21940.
At a regular meeting of the Town Board of the Town of .tiueensbury
held on the above date at 7:30 P.M. at theClerk's offioe,the
` following menbers were present;
Jabez Ingalsbe, Supervisor
Curtis Lampson, Councilman
Charles Nobles, Justice of Peace
Meredith Bentley,Justice of Peace
Ralph Been, Justice of Peace
Bert D. Turner, Town Clerk

. Minutes of Regular meeting held on June llth,1940, were read
and approved.
" Mrs Anna McCaghey reported to the Board that She had attended
the School for welfare Officers and also exhibited her books
' for inspection by the Board.
" The previlege of the Floor was extended to Mre Curtis. Morse
' who requested that the Mountain Side Grange be permitted to
' clean the Az:kKk Scotch Cemetery on Bay Road and the Following
+Resolutin was adopted.
RESOLUTINo.54, Introduced by Mr. Bentley, Seconded by
Ilk. aen,
'Tt was resolved that the Mountain Side Grange #1328 be and
` i:s hereby authorized to remove grass, weeds , brush and care
for and conserve the Scotch Church Cemetery on Bay Road
near the Home of Fred Ricketts-
' Further resolved that brush and weeds and grass be removed
' at least 3 times a year by the' said Mountain Side Grange

Further resolved that the sum of 450 be and is hereby
appropriated for said cemetery-
Further resolved that the work be completed by October
let, 1940.
Duly adopted by the following vote:
Ayes Mr4 Been, Mr. Nobles, Xr, Lampsson, Mr. Bentley
and Mr. Ingalsbe
Noes - None
The privilege of" the floor was expended to Mrs. Richard
Brayton who requested the usual donation for the Mountain-
side Free Library.
Resolution No. §A. Introduced by Mr. Bentley, Seconded
by Mr. Been,
It was resolved that the sum of f100 be and is hereby
appropriated for use of the Mountainside Free Library in
maintaining and equiping the said Mountainside Free Library,
Duly adopted by the following vote:
