1941 audit and an old balance of $38.16 in view of ascertaining
, why said claims. have not been paid.

At the Annual Meeting of the Town Board of the -Town of �jueensbury
. . held on the. above date at 7:30 P.M. at the Clerk' s Office the
. following menbers were present :
Jabez Ingalsbe, Supervisor
Curtis Lampson, Councilman
Charles Nobles- Justice of Peace
Meredith BentleyJustice of Peace
Ralph Been Justice of Peace.
H. Russell Harris Town Superintendent of Highways also present.
_- D. Elmer Fowler, Suoervisor elebt and Henry Sleight , Justice of
Peace Elect were also present.
The .privelege of the floor was extended to Mr.C.V.Peters who
explained tg the Board his plans for de*eloping a tract of land
and stated had prepared a deed 9ndthe Town for aroad across said
tract which was not yet executed and a petition to extend the
limits . of the North Glens Falls eater District which ivas- not
Yet executed. The Board generaaly discussed the matter with him
and it was suggested that he submit his papers to the County
A-tt orney.
The Clerk called the Boards attention ttQ the Town Super imtendent a

estimate which is on file in the Town Clerk' s office for the
amount od money needed the highway for the year of 1942. The
Board examined the same and after discussion the following
resolutions were introduced and acted upon as follows;
Resolution No. 54 Introduced by Mr, Been. , Seconded by Mr
Bentley.
It -was resolved that the following amounts be raised by
Taxation for highway wok for the year of 1942! First Item
Highway Fund-$25,000; Second Item- Bridge Fund $1000.00
Third item Machinery Fund 410,000. Fourth Item Miscellaneous
Item $13,000.
Duly lost by the following vote.:
Ayes- Mr. Been and Mr. Bentley
Noes- Mr. Nobles, Mr, Lampson and Mr.Ingalsbe.
