The supervisor and Justices of Peacey presented their books
and dockets for audit,

Resolution #71 Introduced by Mr. Ingalsbe, seconded by
Mr Lampson
RESOLVED that resolution No 33 adopted June 30, 1941
and resolution No.45 adopted August 12, 1941, be and the same
hereby are rescinded , it is further
Resolved that the cost of resurfacing and oiling the hubbells ,
Corners road and the cost of completeing the intersection
of the Dixon Road to the City Pumping Station be paid
from the General Fund, it is further
Resolved that the supervisor is authorized and directed
to transfer Five Hundred from the General town Fund to
the Highway fund on the Hubbell' s Corners Road and
it is further,
Resolved that the supervisor is authorized and directed
' to `transfer $175.00 at the intersection of the intersection
of 'City pimping Station from the General town funthe
Highway Fund
Duly adopted by the foliowing vote

The Board proceeded to audit the books of the town ' '
officers and at 12 o' clock noon recessed to 1P.1, aid
at `1PM. the board reconvened and all being presant -
exdept Mr. Been who was unable to attend the afternoon
session on account of illness, Ahd continued the
• examination of the accounts and dockets of the.
• town officers.and after completion of said examination the
following resolution was introduced;

Whereas the books, vouchers, checks and records- it he

Be it resolved that the Town Board reports that the
receipts and disbursements of the several funds haVw
