I found the stabilized percolation rate to be 4 minutes and 50 seconds per inch. We also performed an as-built survey of the septic system components and house location. I have found all septic system components to be installed according to plan in a workmanlike manner. The soils in the area of the proposed absorption bed have been removed from the site. Amended soils have been placed on site and compacted on 20 November 2019, prior to ground frost. Soil percolation tests will be performed in the Spring, after ground thaw,to verify the "in place percolation rate". Test results: 1280 CFM50 1.99 ACH (air changes per hour) Calculations are based on a volume of 38,755 CF. Building Airflow Standard is 3481 CFM50—below this, mechanical ventilation is recommended.
