Whereas the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury, Warren County
met pursuant to the provisions of the Town Law to audit the
accounts of the supervisor and other town officers and
Whereas the books , vouchers, checks, and records of the
supervisor, superintendent of highways and dockets of the Justice's
of the peace were presented to the Board for examination

and the same were examined by the Board.
Be it resolved that the Town Board reports that the receipts
and disbursements. of the several funds have been. correctly made.

Whereas this board has audited the books , records and vouchers
of D. Elmer Fowler and were found to be accurately and neatly kept
Therfore be it resoloved that this board hereby commends the smpaxxia
Supervisor, D. Elmer Fowler for the manner in which said records were
made, and
be it further resolved that this Board expresses its appreciation
to said Supervisor for his cooperation with other members of this
Board in conducting the affairs of the Town of queensbury,

Therefor be it resolved that the supervisor be and is hereby
authorized and directed to transfer the said sum of $20.33 from
said W.P.A. Fund to Item 4 of th9 of the Highway Fund.
