Whereas this board has audited the books , records and vouchers
of D. Elmer Fowler and were found to be accurately and neatly kept
Therfore be It resoloved that this board hereby commends the axpaxxta
Supervisor, D. Elmer Fowler for the manner in which said records were
made, and
be it further resolved that this Board expresses its appreciation
to said Supervisor for his cooperation with other members of this
Board in conducting the affairs of the Town of Queensbury,

Therefor be it resolved that the supervisor be and is hereby
authorized and directed to transfer the said sum of $20.33 from
said W.P.A. Fund to Item 4 of the of the Highway Fund.

The Clerk read a communication from the association of towns
of the State of New York, whichadvised that-the- meetirig
of tje association of towns for the year 1945 had been"
postponed during the present emergency period for reasons of
public policy.
Resolution No. 1, Introduced by 'Councilman Walkup and

Resolved that the Board does hereby fix the salaries of the
Town Officers and employees for the year beginning January
lst, 1945 , at the amounts respectively stated
and that such salaries shall be payable at the times respect-
