superintendent of -Highways -be and hereby is authorized to sell
said belt conveyor to the said Ralph Elmore.
It is further resolved that the bids of Harold Harris and V.
W. Weeks be and the same are herejay rejected for the reason
they are insufficient.
It is further resolved that the clerk be and is hereby authorized
to return all doneydtdeposited with bids except Elmore bid.

WHereas, the Whitehall Autobus. , Inc. has filed with this
Town Board a petition for consent, under and pursuant to Section
66 of the Transportation Corporations Law of the State of New
York, to establish and operate omnibus or motor vehicle rputes
upon along certain• streets, avenues and public places in the
Town of Queensbury,
Now therefore, be it resolved that a hearing be held on said
application on the 8th day of September, 1945 at 7:30 o ' clock
in the Town Clerk's office and that said notice of such hearing
be published in the Glens Falls Times and the Glens Falls Post
Star.
Duly adopted by the following vote:
Aves ; Mr Walkup, Mr Bentlev, Mr Lampson, Mr. Sleight and
Mr Fouler.

Resolution No 29 Introduced by Justice sleight seconded by
Justice Bentley.
It was resolved that the sum of $155.50 be and is hereby appropiated
from the contingent fund to defray the expenses incurred to
dedicate service flag for the Town Honor roll for the service
men and women of worl war 11.

At a regular meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Queens-
bury, held on the above date at the Town Clerk's Office the
following members were present;

Minutes of Meetings held August 25th,and September lst,
were read and approved.
J. Seward Thomson called on the board in reference to
laying out a street. The board generally discussed the matter
with him.
Resolution No. 30 Introduced by Councilman Vialkup, seconded by
Justice Sleight.
It was resolved that Louis G.B.Stebbins be and is hereby
appointed Superintendent of the Ridge Road Water District to
serve at thepleasure of the Board.
