Adirondack Park Agency staff review of the above referenced variance determination
has been completed. The applicant proposes replacement of an existing on-site
wastewater treatment system with the use of three 1,250-gallon holding tanks. Relief is
required from the Town On-Site Sewage Disposal Ordinance for the following deficient
setbacks:
1) Holding tank A (3 feet from house proposed, 10 feet required)
2) Holding tank A (3 feet from road proposed, 10 feet required)
3) Holding tank B (3 feet from house proposed, 10 feet required)
4) Holding tank B (3 feet from road proposed, 10 feet required)
5) Holding tank C (3 feet from house proposed, 10 feet required)
6) Holding tank C (3 feet from road proposed, 10 feet required)
7) All 3 holding tanks (55 feet from shoreline proposed, 100 feet required)
Based on the information presented in the record, no further Agency review is required
for this variance since the project does not involve provisions of the Adirondack Park
Agency Act.
