- Remove fiberglass insulation from around perimeter of
exterior windows and door. Window and door spray foam
required fiberglass insulation is no longer approved.
- Once the Air Sealing is approved the fiberglass insulation
can be reinstalled but it must be tight. There were many gaps
from what was installed. The front wall above the window
must be one solid pieces cut to fit each space not cut up
pieces. Plus there were gaps at top and bottom plates and
around electrical boxes.
