A site visit was made on 4/27/10 to inspect installation of the on-site sewage treatment
system. Please see the following:
1. Septic tank, distribution box, and absorption field have been installed but have
not been backfilled. PVC pipe between proposed office building and septic tank
has not been installed. Original septic tank was re-used and tank meets all
requirements specified on Chase Engineering Drawing C-2. Installation of septic
tank, distribution box and absorption field appears to be in conformance with
plans and details shown on Chase Engineering Drawings C-1 and C-2.
