I am informing you in regard to your inquiry of November 3,
1970 the detail for the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy.
You have a permit for a residence and one for a garage.
When you are ready to occupy your residence a Certificate
of Occupancy will be issued by this office at your request.
When your garage building is completed and you are ready
to use this as a garage a Certificate of Occupancy will be issued
at your request.
You are not permitted to use the garage as a residence.
