Subject: Blinstrub Test Hole
I witnessed the test hole at 331 Cleverdale Road. It is a replacement septic system, which will be
installed behind the home (to the west of Cleverdale). The test hole was dug to a depth of 6 feet, with
no mottling or evidence of groundwater. Loamy sand soil appeared firm at greater depths, but not
impervious and likely will slow the percolation rate. I asked for a perc test at the depth of the firm soil
material 2-3 feet depth below fill/debris to make sure for design. There was a lot of debris and possibly
an old leach field in this location previously, which all found materials and debris should be removed
when installing new system. Any questions please call.

system to serve the above home of John and Virginia Blinstrub.
The new system comprises a dual-compartment 1250-gallon septic tank, effluent lift
station with Hydromatic pump and appurtenant controls, and Elgen absorption system.
