Dear Dave:
This letter is to inform you that we inspected the completed septic system and site grading for the
new single family home constructed by Clute Enterprises on Meadow Drive in the Town of
Queensbury on February 10, 2009 and May 26,2009.
The septic system as installed was for a 2 bedroom house and consisted of a new 1,000 gallon septic
tank, a new distribution box and 147 if of absorption laterals. The absorption laterals were
constructed with 3 - 49 ft long perforated pipe laterals and stone. The system conforms to the
requirements of the approved design letter.
The finished site was inspected and substantially conformed to the approved site plan.
