held on the. above date, at 7 P.M. at the Tawn Clerk' s Office, the
following members were present.

an`ce of their duties# and after discussion the following Resolution
was adopted.
RESOLUTION No.� 12, Introduced by Mr. Ellsworth, seconded
by Mr. Bentley-
RESOLVED,. That the sum of six Cents per mile be and hereby
is fixed as the sum to be allowed and paid to Town Assessors for use
of Automobiles in accordance with section #102 of the Town Law
Duly adoptddby the following vote-

Arthur H. Stone Town Supt. of Highways called on the Board in reference
to Ton1Ms for the W, P. A. project on the Tuttle Road the following
Resolution was adopted.
RESOLUTION No, 13, Introduced by Mr. Nobles, seconded by
Mr. Lampoon-
RESOLVED That the Town Superintendant of Highways be and is
hereby authorized to take the Toole, Tools Boxes and other equipment
from North Glens Falls Water District to the W. P. A. Project on the
road leading From Bay Road to the Top of the World Farm, submittanee
and inventor , off' same to the Town Board.
Duly adopted by the folowing vote-
Ayes - Mr. Ellrth, Inc`. Nobles , Mr. Lampoon, Mr. Bentley and: Mr.
Fowler. `;

Mr. Quinn of the New York Power and Light Corp. called on the Board in
reference to putting a light _in the Fitzgeraldh Development Stating if
the Town wo l4 •authorize the light Mr. Fitzgerald would reinburse the
Town. The matter -was re*fered to the County Attorney,
Mr. Vairanot calked on the Hoard in reference to putting a Street
Light on the leading from the bridge near the Canel on the River
Road by•.the 'fit lost side of D, fit. Moos house to the Boulavard.
No action taken'bjr the Board.
