At a Special Meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Jueensburyt
held on the above date, at 7 P M. at the Town Clerk' s Office, the
following members were present.

Mr. Lampson, Introduced the following Resolution No,' 23
which was seconded by Mr. Bentley. -"
T=.REAS, A petition"haveirS been duly presented to the Town
Board for establishing a Water District to include property between
what is known as the LuzErne Road and Main St. , being the,extention
of Broad St. , and property southerly of said Main St. from Chabot St-. ,,to River St. , Richardson St. and Garner St. ,. to be known as the West
Glens Falls Water District and to lay mains along said Highways and
to connect with thm water mains of' the City of Glens Falls, at an
estimated cost of )209000. , signed by owners of taxable property i -
situ4te in the proposed District, owning in the aggregate more than
one-half of the assessed valuation of all the `taxable realproperty
of the proposed district, as shown upon the last completed assessment
roll of said Town, it is
ORDERED, That pursuant to the provisions of Section 193 of
the Town Law, th Board will meet at thdvTown Clerk' s Office, Ridge
Road, in said town, on the 19th, day of May 19379 at seven o' clock
P.M. , (daylight saving time), to consider the said petition .and hear r `
_ any and all persons interested in 'the subject thereof, or concerning
the same,
