POSITION/GRADE SCHEDULE FOR 2009

WHO MOVED ITS ADOPTION

WHEREAS, the Queensbury Town Board previously adopted and then revised a Non-Union
Position/Grade Schedule (Schedule) as part of its Salary Administration Program in the Town’s
Employee Management System Handbook, and
WHEREAS, the Town Board wishes to revise the Schedule as proposed in the document
presented at this meeting entitled, “Town of Queensbury 2009 Non-Union Position/Grade Schedule”
effective January 1, 2009,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby authorizes and adopts the Non-Union
Position/Grade Schedule effective January 1, 2009 as follows:

Union Position/Grade Schedule in the Town’s Wage and Salary Administration Program in the
Employee Management System Handbook.
