RESOLUTION APPOINTING JUSTICE CLERKS AND
DEPUTY COURT CLERKS FOR 2020

WHO MOVED ITS ADOPTION

WHEREAS, in accordance with New York State Town Law §20, Subdivision 1(A) and New
York State Uniform Justice Court Act §109, the Town Board has the authority to appoint Town
Justice Court Clerks and Deputy Court Clerks,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby appoints Kerrie Lewis, Margaret
Quintal and Stephanie Mahoney as Town Justice Court Clerks and Mariah Townson as Deputy Court
Clerk for 2020, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Board further authorizes and directs the Town Justice Court to
notify the New York State Administrative Board of the Judicial Conference of these appointments.
