compact inside of garage,remove existing concrete floor and apron, fill and compact
inside existing garage as needed, pour new 6"thick concrete slab inside new and old
portions of garage,pour new 4"thick apron across width of garage approx. 5"out from
garage, frame new walls with 2x4 studs 16"on center to height of existing walls, walls to
have treated bottom plate and double top plate, sheet walls outside with %2"plywood,
frame roof with 2x8"overlays 16"on center, 2x6 rafters 16"on center,2x4 collar ties 1/3
distance down from ridge to overlay, sheet roof with ''/2"plywood, shingle roof with 30
year Pecan no cut out shingles(if available), install ridge vent, install one 16'x7' white
steel overhead door with opener(no glass), install one 36"6 panel steel door in gable wall
towards front of garage,move 3 existing storm windows to new wall parallel to existing
wall, install 3 new white alum. Storm windows in new section of back wall,pour 3'x3'
concrete slab outside steel entrance door, install vented vinyl soffit and aluminum facia,
reuse existing siding from gable end of garage to side front of garage, install new 8"wide
white vinyl siding on gable end of garage, install new white alum. gutter across front of
garage,plywood left end of porch wall after removing 3 storm windows, install 3-4'x8'
sheets of 3/4"plywood inside garage on gable end wall,remove associated debris from
site.
