held on the above date, at the Town Clerks Office at 1 P. 11. the

Mr. Bentley; 1HE1:EAS, The Town Board of the Town of queensbury
believes it is for the best interests of the Town to grade 16 foot
wide road known as the Gurney Lane from the County Sa.natoriun to
Caldwell Town line, a distance of 1.5 miles, together with petrified
pipe for' ditch line and proper culverts and drainage, providing
federal or state aid may be obtained for said project,and
TEi�EAS, a project proposal has been prepared andsub-
rritted to the Town Board of the Town of "",ueensbury for the buildirg
of said road in said town, at total Estimated cost of "8064.85.

Bentley !:MEREAS, The town Board of the Town of Iueensburybelieves it
is for the- best interests of the town that thegrading and construction
df side walk be constructed on the boulevard and river road in the
Town of queensbury under the Works Progress Administration, providing
p federal or state aid may be obtained for said project, and
WHEREAS , a project proposal has been prepared and submitted
to the Town Board of the Yown of queensbury for the grading and build-
ing of side walk along the Boulevard and River Roard in said Town, at
a total estimated cost of$4064.95.
RESOLVED, That the Supervisor of the Town of queensbury be
and hereby is authorized to execute application for said project, or any
other application for same project, whether under the ,'TPA or some
other similar agency.

for cutting and trucks with drivers forhauling said brush.

It was resolved that 15% Mead be and is hereby directed to'
take.. up with the county attorney the matter of Town erecting a Town
building and report back to Board at next meeting.

RESOLY309 That there be submitted to the qualified .electors of' the
Town of ?4:ueensbuA7 at the next general election the following proposit-
ion;" Shall there be raised upon the taxable roperty of the Town of -
Queensbury, in the next tax levy, the sum of I 35000for the purpose of
paying for 6reating a 'Town building,with a vault, on property owned by
said Town at Miller Hill, said building to be used for filing and
storage of books and records and for other Town Purposes",
