I am writing you with regards to the above referenced project and to document my review of the
building permit application that has been submitted for the same. I have reviewed your
submission and find that an Area Variance approval will be necessary prior to the issuance of a
Building Permit for the project.
Specifically, a review of our current aerial photographs indicate that your existing house appears
to be closer to the property line than the 27 feet as shown on your plot plan. Confirmation that
the project meets the minimum property line setback,by survey will be required prior to issuance
of a Building Permit for the project.
Enclosed please find an Area Variance application for your reference.
