It was resolved that the following amounts be raised by taxation for
highway purposes, Item 1-$16,500; Item 2-$1,500; Item 3-X5,500;
Item 4-09500. Total of all Items$31,000.

� . At a special meeting of the Town Board of the Town of queensbury
held on the ab,Qve date at I P.M. at the clerk' s office , the
following menbers were present,

Resolution . 41 Introduced by Mr. Ellsworth , seconded byr Mr.B�e'ntley
. Whereas the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury has determined to do
certain relief work in said town and have passed resolution to furnish
tractor and trucks and tractor and truck drivers with the necessary oil
and gasolene for said tractor and trucks and other necessary supplies
for carrying on said work.
Whereas there is not sufficient funds in Item 1 of the Highway fund
of said town for the payment of the salaries of said tractor and truck
divers and to furnish the other necessary supplies,
R'eesalved, phrsuant to the provisions of s-ection 10 of Chapter 798
of the Laws of 19319 there be and hereby is appropiated for the purposes
above set forth the sum of )700. Said amount to be placed in item 1 of
the highway fund to be paid out and accounted for as other money in said
item 1 of the highway fund, and it is further,
Resolved, that the Town of Queensbury issue certificate of indebtedness.-
in the sum of 1700, and the supervisor and Town Clerk are hereby a
authorized to execrate said certificate of indebtedness in the amount said
$700. for the purposes above set forth in. carrying on said relief work

It was resolved that the "amount of the public official bonds for
the public officials of the Town of ! ueensbury for the years of
1936 and 1937 be fixed at the following amounts;
Supervisor for general town fund at $10,000; Town Clerk-1500.
Justice of Peace, $19000. Superintendant of Highways $4000.
