At the request of the village authorities of the Village of Hudson
Falls, Permission is hereby granted said. Village in the form of a
continuing License to lay a sewer line under and along Upper Varren St
in the Town f queensbury, in connection with the laying of the
SO-Called Mohican Tarrace Sewer Line in ftid Village and the right is
hereby granted said Village not only to construct but to Maintain said
sewer line,
The said work to be done w4 thout an expences or Liability
of any kind to the Town wf jueensbury and the �ighway properly
guarded at all tines during Construction or repairs,
ttbAbabutting property owners in the Town of jueensbury
side of said sewerline shall have the same pri,valege and right to
-connect with said sewer on same tearms and conditions that the property
owners on Kingsbury side may connect with said Sewer,
