above captioned locations.
320 Bay Rd.
On May 23, 2006,the electric meter# 28457118 and electric service entrance cable was removed
from the structure. There has been no gas service to this location.
322 Bay Rd.
On May 23, 2006, the electric meter#28457121 and electric service entrance cable was removed
from the structure.
On June 12, 2006,the gas meter# OV521476 was removed and the gas service lateral was cut at
the property line.
