resolved that Town 6upertendant of Highways is hereby authorized
to pay the sum of $12. 45 to Delong Sons for goods sold and
deliverd to Harry Hubbell on august 9th I927 October 29th 1927
upon the approval of the bill by former Town Surertendant of
Highways Harry Hubbell
Resolution AM Intorduced Eby Clerk Turner secon ed by
Justice Taylor all presant voting in the affirmative it was resolved
that the supervisor be and is hereby authorized to pay C.W.Sool
agent the .sum of 47.49 for insurance on Boiler and Engin Policy
X369466 and 367631 and 369466 covering the insurance on the old
Boiler and new one to H.P.A.B. Furquat EX Boiler and engin and
further .resolved that he is authorized to pay same prior to audit
in the matter of care and maintainance of certan
cemeteries in the town of queensbury the following resolution
was adopted Resolution 19 intorduced by Justice taylor seconed by
clerk Turner all presant voting in the affirmative it was resolved
that Justice ?dicks be and hereby is appointed a cofimittee of one
to take the necessary steps for the care and maintainance of the
following cemeteries lake sunneyside cemeterie cemeterie by stone
ll church in harriseena and cemeterie on the bay road known as the
E Jenkins Cemetery near bradford thorntons farm and that a sum of not
more then fifty dollars (50 ) shall be expended on each of the
above described cemeterys
further resolved that the supervisor is authorized ti ,
to pay not then the above described sum for each of the above
described cemeteries prior to audit upon the presentation of '
a properly Verified Bills for same and that said sum shall be
paid from the general town fund
in regard to the death of Justice Codner the following
resolution was adopted

Following the ollowing resolution is hereby adopted
Whereas, it has the almghty to remove from our midst
by death our esteemed and -co labarer, Leonard Codner who has for
meny years occupied a prominent rank 6n our midst, maintained under
all circumstances a character untarnished, and a reoutation above
reproach
