Seconed by justice ellsworth all presant voting in the affirmative
it was resolved that pursuant to section #ITO of theLaw
-T the supervisor ben&llowed 350 town Clerk I75 and that said sum
j be paid from miscellaneous fund of the highway fund town Supt
of Highways Joseph Ricketts presented a bill of 246.00 Dollars
for work performed on new storehouse for November and december 1928
after some discudsion by the board the following resolution was adop-
ted

november and december I928 and further resolved that said sum
be in full for all service to date
And further resolved that said sum be paid in the
usual manner of Town Supt Salary, in regard to installing a stop
and go light at the entersection of the road at montys bridge
clerk turner was instructed to Wright to the department_ gf,.

Mr Collins and IVs Fox called on the board and submitted
phonographs and prints of the come Graders supervisor mead
submitted his bond to the town Board for approval and the
following resolution was adopted
Resolution #44 Intorduced by Justice Hcke
Seconed Clerk Turner all presant voting in the affirmative
it was resolved that the general Town bond of Supervisor of
Jerry B Mead With G.F.Ferguson and James Knight and D.H.
Cowles as awriets be and is hereby approved as to form and
maner of execution and amount
in regard to appointment of a public
welfare officer the following Resolution was adopted

Seconed By Clerk Turner all presant voting in the affirmative
Resolved that pursuant to the provision of section 24 of the +.
public welfare law Ruel E Hopkins of the Town of ueensbury
warren county N.Y. be and- hereby is appointed welfare officer
of said town it is further resolved that the salary of IL*d public
welfare Officer and hereby is fiat at the som of 30,00 per
month including salary and all expenses payable monthely by, the
Supervisor upon receipt of verified statement from the General
town Fund

Resolution #46 Introduced: by Justice Ellsworth, seconded
by Justice Taylor all present voting in the affirmative,it was
1 resolved that Bert D. Turner ,beard is hereby appointed Registrar
of Vital Statistics,for the next 4 _years, and Frances L.Turner is
appointed Deputy for the next 4 years.
In regard to appointment of a dog enumerator the following
resolution was adopted.

resolved that William Butler, be and is hereby appointed dog,
